Understanding about DirectX

Games and multimedia applications are some of the most satisfying programs that are obtainable for your PC, but run them properly is not always as simple as expected.

First, the PC architecture was never designed for gambling platforms.
Second, the wide selection of PCs led to a single computer can be different from the others. If the game consoles all contain the same hardware, the PC does not: the magnitude range of difference can make a headache at the time of going to play games.

To reduce the pain, Microsoft needs to introduce a common standard that can be followed by all the gambling and multimedia applications interface between the operating process and any hardware that is installed in the PC. This common interface is DirectX, something which can be a source of much confusion. DirectX is an interface designed for ease of programming, both for game developers who only complains and they need to sit back and play the latest blockbuster.
